Kimberly Lane Clark, Ed.S., is an award-winning educator and keynote speaker based in Texas. She is the Director of Engagement and a computer science enthusiast with a passion for advocating for STEM inequities that underrepresented girls face on a day to day basis.
Kimberly began her career in technology education 15 years ago, gaining experience teaching students in grades K-12 in Mississippi and Texas. She has also served as a board member for Girls in Tech, the city lead for Black Tech Women, and president ISTE Computer Science Network. Over the past 15 years, Kimberly has worked tirelessly to crash the digital divide amongst minority girls. She has keynoted and mentored young ladies at the Amazon's Girls in Tech day and hosted the Dallas (WonderPark) movie screening with over 100 young ladies in attendance. She has also involved her community by championing a city-wide Hour of Code family night and played an integral role in developing Dallas Millennials Club STEM in the Park event, where over 500 families were in attendance.
